An amazing rooftop restaurant in the hub town skybay at breach candy which takes healthy eating concept very strongly. Their unique concept of growing healthy and organic food on their rooftop is most fascinating, their menu even changes according to the production of products and It’s a pure veg restaurant.
The menu from the rooftop is amazing but I went during monsoon, therefore, didn’t sit in the rooftop seating. They have two floors that are 4th and 5th – 4th is a normal restaurant and 5th is the rooftop.
The dish that I tried were :
Achari Mushroom Tikka – Three patties made with the blend of mushroom, apricot and cheese; topped with cumber noodles which were served with pomegranate chutney and spiced puffed lotus seeds.
The plating was beautiful, the patty was a bit spicy and filled with spices it dominated the taste of mushroom.
Next, I wanted to try their special drink. Have you ever encountered a drink topped with food? I guess not! the name of this drink with mini dishes on the stick is Redhead Sangria. You have the option to customize your drink into a Mocktail for the non-alcoholics. I went with the recommendation provided by the manager that is Orange and sweet lime mix with a backed jalapeno popper which is super crisp and filled with cheese, fire cottage cheese cracker, a mini burger with Mexican beans patty – its super healthy which I could taste in the first bite but it looked so cute and even empanada – a crisp outing with a surprise stuffing served on a stick.
I would highly recommend trying one of these, you would love it for sure!
Last in the main course menu was the Jalapeno popper mac and cheese – Mac infused in three types of cheese, house blend and then backed with the panko crust. The dish is super goosy and topped with some vegetables.
The bill was around 2000 INR. The service provided was amazing, they were sweet and always ready to give recommendations according to your taste buds!
